Charlie Cale Is Back on the Run When Poker Face Returns in May

These suspects are, as the new teaser for Poker Face points out, most unusual. The second season of Rian Johnson’s murder mystery finally has a premiere date to go with that incredible list of guest stars that was announced in the fall. But that wasn’t all! There are even more familiar faces making an appearance this time around. Here’s the full list, courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter:

Adrienne C. Moore, Alia Shawkat, Awkwafina, Ben Marshall, B.J. Novak, Carol Kane, Cliff “Method Man” Smith, Corey Hawkins, Cynthia Erivo, David Alan Grier, David Krumholtz, Davionte “GaTa” Ganter, Ego Nwodim, Gaby Hoffmann, Geraldine Viswanathan, Giancarlo Esposito, Haley Joel Osment, Jason Ritter, John Cho, John Mulaney, Justin Theroux, Kathrine Narducci, Katie Holmes, Kevin Corrigan, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Tom, Lili Taylor, Margo Martindale, Melanie Lynskey, Natasha Leggero, Patti Harrison, Rhea Perlman, Richard Kind, Sam Richardson, Sherry Cola, Simon Helberg, Simon Rex, and Taylor Schilling

With Schilling and Moore on board, this season makes a bit of an Orange is the New Black reunion with star Natasha Lyonne. But the real new power player here is Perlman, who Johnson has confirmed has a bigger role this time around—and who will appear as more than just a voice.

Season two’s murders-of-the-week are brought to you by new showrunner Tony Tost (Longmire), as the first season showrunners, Nora and Lilla Zuckerman, have turned their attention to the Buffy the Vampire Slayer sequel. Poker Face returns to Peacock on May 8th for a 12-episode second season. icon-paragraph-end
