Dezeen Agenda features MVRDV's plans for stepped high-rises in Shenzhen

Dutch studio MVRDV has unveiled a collection of stepped high-rises arranged around inner courtyards next to Qianhai Bay in Shenzhen, China.

These structures are set to be integral to a smart city initiative led by technology company Tencent.
